I had an excellent value for my money, especially with the spacious and well-designed room that offered complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff were helpful, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants.
Breakfast offerings could benefit from more variety to enhance the experience.

I had a great start with the free shuttle service from the HSR station; super convenient! The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome right from the get-go. I appreciated the complimentary drinks in the room, and the location was a huge plus-just a 3-minute walk to the MRT and tons of nearby food options. Plus, the rooftop pool bar was a nice touch after a long day.
My experience wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. I had to deal with some weird noise at night—sounded like machinery humming, which really disrupted my sleep. the lighting in the room was pretty dim for my taste. It felt a bit gloomy, and I prefer a brighter vibe when I'm relaxing. it was just an okay stay—definitely room for improvement!

Loved my stay in Kaohsiung, and would be happy to recommend it. The deluxe room was modern, included a hairdryer, a bidet and bathrobes. The location of the hotel was particularly good and ideal - not too far from Kaohsiung Arena. Moreover, it's short walk to subway station and the famous night market as well as Kaohsiung.

I had a fantastic stay at this awesome hotel! The rooftop pool and bar were super cool, perfect for winding down after meetings and enjoying the views. My room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the breakfast options were really good. Plus, it's just a short walk to a fun night market, which made it easy to explore after work.
I did have some issues with noise from the ventilation at night, which was really distracting. It wasn’t too bad, but definitely took away from an otherwise relaxing experience. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to keep this in mind!

Had a blast at H2O! The rooftop pool is awesome, views are fine, and breakfast is delicious with so many options, especially loved the made-to-order dishes. Only minor issue was the hallway being a bit dark for my taste. Can't wait to return!

The staff was great! Celebrated my birthday and got a surprise cake-they even checked in on me when I fell sick. Room was super clean, good vibes all around. Can't forget that good breakfast buffet-definitely a highlight! Just wish the pool stayed open a bit later, ya know?

Nice cozy atmosphere with unique decor that sets it apart from the standard chain hotels. A decent lounge area where you can unwind, though it's a major bummer on guest policies.
Room cleanliness could use a reality check-dust on the closet above the water cooker isn't what I'd expect for a five-star setup. Only having Taiwanese socket plugs next to the bed makes it tough for international travelers like me. The pool closes early at 7 PM, and not being able to bring friends to the lounge is a letdown. The breakfast spread misses the mark, needing more variety, especially with better jams and the inclusion of healthier options like fresh juices.

I had the most unremarkable stay. The lighting in my room was so dim, it was like a dungeon. I was also appalled by how early the rooftop pool closed at 7 PM-who even does that? I would've at least expected an upgrade or a complimentary drink to offset these disappointments, but alas, i received nothing.
